A reflective assessment of your trance potential
DID YOU KNOW…?

Many people discover they’re more hypnotizable than they expected. The next step is learning how to use that ability to create real change in your life…
“I was pretty skeptical about hypnotherapy at first, but after the first session I definitely noticed my anxiety start fading naturally instead of feeling forced.”
-Samantha, Hoover, AL
What is Hypnotherapy, and Why Does It Work?
Hypnotherapy uses focused relaxation to access the part of the mind that runs habits and automatic responses — the part conscious effort usually can’t reach directly. That’s why it tends to work on things willpower alone doesn’t fix: anxiety, phobias, addiction, chronic pain, low self-esteem.
I combine it with NLP. Same target — the patterns running underneath conscious thought — different angles.
How These Sessions Work
I developed a specific anchoring process through years of practice. Without giving away the method itself: it’s built to keep working after the session ends, not just during it. That’s the difference between a session that fades by the time you get home and one that’s still doing something a few weeks later.
I won’t pretend this is for everyone or that it works the same way for everyone. But it’s not generic hypnotherapy, and I’m not going to dress it up as something it isn’t either.
