Relationship Coaching, Wherever You Are

Heal after betrayal. Rebuild a relationship. Move forward after a breakup or divorce. Virtual coaching with Chris Fields — an NLP Master Practitioner and author of twelve books on relationships and personal change.

If something in your relationship feels harder than it should — or it’s already over and you’re trying to make sense of it — you’re in the right place.

I help people repair, rebuild, and recover. Whether that means reconnecting in a relationship that’s lost its spark, healing after infidelity, or moving forward after a breakup or divorce, this is the work I do every day.

Relationship Rebuild — For couples working through disconnection, conflict, or the slow drift that happens when life gets in the way.

Infidelity Recovery — For anyone navigating betrayal — whether you’re working to rebuild trust together or finding clarity on what comes next.

Divorce & Breakup Recovery — For people processing the end of a relationship, healing, and rebuilding a sense of self before moving into what’s next.

Every situation is different. Some clients need a handful of sessions to get unstuck. Others want sustained, ongoing work. We figure out what’s right for you together.

All sessions happen over video call, from wherever you are — no driving, no waiting rooms, no geography or time zone limitations. Just an internet connection and an hour of your time.

For most clients, this turns out to be an advantage, not just a convenience: talking through something this personal is often easier from a space that already feels safe to you.

Virtual coaching isn’t virtual therapy. That distinction matters, so it’s worth being direct about it here.

Therapy tends to be open-ended, revisiting patterns over an indefinite number of sessions. Coaching is built around a specific goal and a defined timeline, delivered the same way whether we’re meeting by video or you’re local to Savannah.

If your situation calls for licensed clinical care, I’ll say so directly, that’s not what this is. But if what you’re looking for is a strategic plan with a clear endpoint, delivered virtually on your schedule, that’s exactly what this format is built for.

You’ll see “NLP” mentioned throughout my site and books. Here’s what it actually means:

NLP — Neuro-Linguistic Programming — is the study of how your internal thought patterns and language shape your behavior, especially in close relationships. Change the pattern, and you change the outcome.

In session, this means real tools — not vague concepts — for things like breaking an obsessive thought loop about an ex, defusing a recurring argument before it spirals, or building genuine confidence where you used to feel only nerves. Structured techniques, with actual steps — the same way physical therapy has actual exercises.

I’m Chris Fields — a Marine Corps veteran, the author of twelve books on relationships and personal change, and an ICF-accredited NLP Master Practitioner.

Years spent reading people and getting to the truth of a situation taught me how to listen for what’s actually happening beneath what someone says — a skill I bring directly into every coaching session. I’m not here to hand you generic advice. I’m here to help you see your situation clearly enough to actually change it.
